This is [Ollie](V7RJ9BLS). [Ollie](V7RJ9BLS) loves to zoom, zap, and zigzag everywhere! They have so many ideas spinning in their mind, like fireworks lighting up the night. But sometimes, all that energy makes it hard to stay still or focus on just one thing!

1

One day, [Ollie](V7RJ9BLS) met a wise tortoise named [Myrtle](YR6L4QQN). [Myrtle](YR6L4QQN) said, ‘Slow and steady is my style, but I like your zooming too! Maybe we can learn from each other?’ [Ollie](V7RJ9BLS)'s eyes lit up. A new friend meant another adventure!

2

[Myrtle](YR6L4QQN) introduced [Ollie](V7RJ9BLS) to a fun game: making a 'Focus Plan.' ‘We’ll start with a BIG goal, break it into smaller steps, and celebrate little wins!’ she explained. [Ollie](V7RJ9BLS) giggled, imagining how they’d celebrate with a dance party.

3

[Ollie](V7RJ9BLS) practiced following their ‘Focus Plan’ to build a LEGO castle. Step by step, tower by tower, the castle grew! ‘This is actually fun!’ [Ollie](V7RJ9BLS) said, making high-fives with [Myrtle](YR6L4QQN) as they admired their project.

4

But some days, [Ollie](V7RJ9BLS) felt wiggly and frustrated. [Myrtle](YR6L4QQN) taught them about their 'Energy Rocket.' ‘When the rocket feels too full, let’s zoom! Dancing, jumping, or spinning can help empty it out,’ she said.

5

With [Myrtle](YR6L4QQN)’s help, [Ollie](V7RJ9BLS) also discovered calm moments. ‘Sometimes, when we take breaths as slow as clouds, it helps,’ [Myrtle](YR6L4QQN) said. [Ollie](V7RJ9BLS) stretched out on the grass, watching fluffy clouds change shapes. ‘I see a dragon!’ they shouted.

6

At school, [Ollie](V7RJ9BLS) used their ‘Focus Plan’ to do an art project. ‘Your imagination brings your ideas to life!’ their teacher said after seeing [Ollie](V7RJ9BLS)'s colorful rocket ship drawing. [Ollie](V7RJ9BLS) beamed with pride.

7

[Ollie](V7RJ9BLS) also shared about the 'Energy Rocket' with new friends. They laughed and played games during recess to ‘zoom out’ their energy, ready to focus on learning afterward. They even showed how to do fun dances!

8

One day, [Ollie](V7RJ9BLS) told [Myrtle](YR6L4QQN), ‘Having ADHD feels like my brain is a starburst—bright, exciting, and sometimes messy! But that's okay, right?’ [Myrtle](YR6L4QQN) nodded kindly. ‘Your starburst is full of treasures. Keep being you!’ she said.

9

[Ollie](V7RJ9BLS) smiled, thinking of all they’d accomplished. They had learned to embrace their zoom-zoom energy, their creative spark, and their big heart. ‘Maybe I’m not just zooming—I’m zoommazing!’ they laughed. And so began another adventure!
