Once upon a time, inside every child’s tummy, lived [Yummy Brain](7377F6MJ), a vibrant little tummy-brain duo who knew all about how our emotions worked. [Yummy Brain](7377F6MJ) loved to help her friends understand their feelings!

1

One day, [Yummy Brain](7377F6MJ) noticed her friend [Nervy](FPN4NJZN), who represents worry, pacing around with a storm cloud above his head. '[Nervy](FPN4NJZN), what’s wrong?' she asked brightly.

2

'I feel twisty in my tummy,' said [Nervy](FPN4NJZN), nervously fidgeting with his small hands. 'Oh!' said [Yummy Brain](7377F6MJ). 'That’s because your tummy is your second brain—it senses emotions too!'

3

To help, [Yummy Brain](7377F6MJ) called on [Joy-Joy](YW937GMF), the yellow and sparkly emotion friend. [Joy-Joy](YW937GMF) danced in, and soon [Nervy](FPN4NJZN)’s storm cloud began to fade.

4

'See, [Nervy](FPN4NJZN)? Sometimes, when you feel overwhelmed, taking a moment to imagine happy things can help!' explained [Yummy Brain](7377F6MJ).

5

Just then, [Giggle-Pop](2MYRLMR3), the emotion of excitement, burst in with a tray of cookies. 'Cookies make everyone feel better!' he laughed.

6

[Giggle-Pop](2MYRLMR3) explained, ‘Feeling excited can feel like butterflies in the tummy! It’s your way of saying, “I can’t wait!”’ [Nervy](FPN4NJZN) grinned, understanding how feelings worked.

7

Just then, [Sadie](J2L6JLVZ), the emotion of sadness, waddled by with a little tear. 'I’m feeling blue!' she sighed. [Yummy Brain](7377F6MJ) invited her to join in the fun.

8

'Sometimes, it’s okay to feel sad, [Sadie](J2L6JLVZ),' said [Yummy Brain](7377F6MJ) gently. 'But we’re all here to help each other feel better!' Everyone hugged, and soon [Sadie](J2L6JLVZ) smiled too.

9

From that day on, [Yummy Brain](7377F6MJ) and her emotion friends worked together to understand feelings. They knew that while every emotion mattered, love and care made them all better.
