Once upon a time, in a sunny meadow dotted with flowers, there lived three clever cats: [Milo](KMYDVNS6), the builder; [Taffy](647ZH9QP), the chef; and [Pippa](GWZFFV39), the thinker. They were best friends and shared absolutely everything—except when it came to building their houses.

One day, the three cats decided to build their own houses. [Milo](KMYDVNS6) said, 'I want my house to be made of sturdy sticks!' [Taffy](647ZH9QP) exclaimed, 'Mine will be sweet-scented candy!' [Pippa](GWZFFV39) quietly adjusted her glasses, 'My house will be made of strong bricks.'

They worked hard all day. [Milo](KMYDVNS6) skillfully tied sticks together, [Taffy](647ZH9QP) licked her paws while sticking candy pieces, and [Pippa](GWZFFV39) carefully laid one brick at a time, humming her favorite tune.

But no sooner had the cats finished their houses when a big, scruffy dog named [Barkly](XFB4YPHW) appeared! 'I’ll huff and I’ll puff and I’ll blow your house down!' he growled.

True to his word, [Barkly](XFB4YPHW) huffed, and he puffed, and he blew down [Milo](KMYDVNS6)’s stick house! 'Quick, to my candy house!' [Taffy](647ZH9QP) called, and the cats scurried inside.

[Barkly](XFB4YPHW) huffed again, puffed with all his might, and—oh no!—the candy house melted from his hot breath. 'Quick, to my brick house!' [Pippa](GWZFFV39) called out.

Safe inside the brick house, [Pippa](GWZFFV39) calmly said, 'It’s my turn.' [Barkly](XFB4YPHW) huffed and puffed and tried his hardest, but the brick house stood strong.

Realizing he couldn’t win, [Barkly](XFB4YPHW) slumped down and whimpered, 'I was just lonely and wanted to play...'

The cats forgave [Barkly](XFB4YPHW) and invited him to tea and cookies. They laughed and played, and even [Barkly](XFB4YPHW) helped repair [Milo](KMYDVNS6)'s and [Taffy](647ZH9QP)'s houses.

From that day on, [Barkly](XFB4YPHW) and the three cats became the best of friends, and they lived happily in their little neighborhood forever after!
