[Henry Houdini](R6NQYLZ9) loved to roam, but sometimes he found himself stuck at home. With no one around and a tightly shut gate, there was no way out for him to escape.

[Henry Houdini](R6NQYLZ9) sat on the front grass, waiting for people or dogs to walk past. Hoping they’d stop to give him a pat and maybe hang around for a bit of a chat.

[Henry Houdini](R6NQYLZ9) felt an itch and a twitch, an urge just to run turned on like a switch. Around and around and around he ran, to the front, to the back, to where he began.

Back at the gate, the postie stopped by, with a bag full of letters and time to say, “Hi!” The dog wagged his tail, barking with glee, licking the postie as he bounced happily.

The postie drove off in her little red van, leaving [Henry Houdini](R6NQYLZ9) alone once again. He sat down once more out front on the grass, waiting for people or dogs to walk past.

Back at the gate, a courier arrived, and Henry’s excitement was once more revived. He leapt at the gate, just wanting a friend, a chance to play fetch or a game that won’t end.

The courier drove off in his courier van, leaving [Henry Houdini](R6NQYLZ9) alone once again. He sat down once more out front on the grass, waiting for people or dogs to walk past.

Just then, at the gate, a big dog came near, with a bark full of thunder that filled Henry with cheer. 'Hello there, pup!' said the giant with glee, 'I’m [Tank](QG59W6C9), the neighbor. Come play here with me!'

A little girl giggled and stopped with a smile, 'Come here, sweet puppy! Let’s play for a while!' She tossed him a ball, and Henry took flight, chasing it joyfully, what a marvelous sight!

And so, tail wagging and full of glee, [Henry Houdini](R6NQYLZ9) was finally free. With new friends to meet and adventures galore, his heart was so full; he couldn’t ask for more.
