[Ruby](F7MM2PHV) was a happy little girl with a big imagination. Every day, she wore her favorite bright yellow dress and loved exploring, painting, and playing with her friends.

But one morning, [Ruby](F7MM2PHV) noticed something different. Sitting next to her was a tiny, round, fuzzy yellow worry. It wasn’t scary, but [Ruby](F7MM2PHV) didn’t understand why it was there.

The worry followed [Ruby](F7MM2PHV) everywhere she went. At first, it stayed small, but [Ruby](F7MM2PHV)’s heart felt a little heavier each time she noticed it.

[Ruby](F7MM2PHV) tried to ignore the worry. She thought, 'Maybe it will go away if I pretend it’s not there.' But instead, the worry began to grow bigger and fluffier.

The bigger the worry got, the harder it was for [Ruby](F7MM2PHV) to enjoy her favorite things. Painting wasn’t as fun, playing felt harder, and even her favorite cupcakes didn’t taste as sweet.

One day, [Ruby](F7MM2PHV) felt so frustrated she wanted to cry. Instead, she turned to her grandma and said, 'I have this worry that won’t leave me alone.'

Her grandma listened carefully and said, 'Ah, worries can feel big, but talking about them helps them get smaller. Tell me more, my dear.'

As [Ruby](F7MM2PHV) talked, she noticed something amazing—the worry started to shrink, becoming smaller and less fuzzy!

By the time she finished her story, the worry was the size of a marble. [Ruby](F7MM2PHV) smiled and felt much lighter. 'Thank you, [Grandma](3FTJYYVR),' she said happily.

From that day on, [Ruby](F7MM2PHV) knew one thing for sure: if a worry ever came back, all she had to do was talk about it so it wouldn’t grow big again.
