One day, while exploring the forest near her village, Hinereikura heard a strange sound coming from a dense grove of ferns. It was unlike anything she had heard before.

To her amazement, she discovered [Pōtiki](FMNWGYB3), a shiny, mischievous little kiwi bird who needed help finding his lost feather necklace—a special heirloom passed down from his ancestors.

Excited to help, Hinereikura and [Pōtiki](FMNWGYB3) set off on an adventure, traveling through glowing caves, rushing rivers, and windswept beaches in search of the necklace.

They met [Tahi](WYRGCJSW), a wise old tūī bird, who directed them to the top of a sacred mountain, where treasures were kept safe but guarded by puzzles.

At the foot of the mountain, they encountered a tricky puzzle: arranging carved stones to form a pattern that told the story of Aotearoa.

Using their knowledge of stories and history, they solved the puzzle. Magically, the path up the mountain opened with a glowing stairway of greenstone.

At the peak, they found the lost feather necklace tangled among vines and guarded by two friendly kea birds who loved riddles.
