It was a regular Saturday at Sunnyside Mall, and [Mia](ZZTDB7VC) couldn’t wait to get to the toy section. She’d already spotted some new board games through the glass window before Mom even finished talking about shoes. The moment Mom turned to chat with her sister, [Mia](ZZTDB7VC)’s arms were already flailing with excitement as she ran toward the toy wonderland.

[Mia](ZZTDB7VC)’s eyes sparkled at all the colorful boxes of board games stacked high on the shelves: Mystery Manor, Galactic Quest, and Zoo Pals—her favorite! She was so absorbed that when she turned to show her mom the stack she was holding, Mom and her sister weren’t there anymore!

‘Mom?’ [Mia](ZZTDB7VC) called, her voice small in the big space. She darted back to the shoe section, heart thumping like the drum set she once saw in a music shop. But the shoe section was empty too. Where could they have gone?

[Mia](ZZTDB7VC) decided to explore another store, and that’s when she met [Harold](3PL4GWFH), the Mall Security Robot. [Harold](3PL4GWFH) had a shiny dome head, cameras for eyes, and wheels for feet. ‘Hello, young shopper!’ he greeted in a voice that buzzed like a bee.

[Harold](3PL4GWFH) offered to help but added, ‘You’ll need my map! Beware of detours—this mall is bigger than you think.’ As [Mia](ZZTDB7VC) held the holographic map, she squinted at routes leading to food courts, the movie theater, and even hidden corners she’d never seen before.

Just when things seemed simpler, a mischievous talking parrot named [Picasso](2G5PP59J) flew down from a nearby pet store and snatched the map right out of [Mia](ZZTDB7VC)’s hands! ‘Catch me if you can!’ the cheeky bird squawked, swooping past crowds of shoppers.

[Mia](ZZTDB7VC) chased [Picasso](2G5PP59J) through the food court, past the aroma of pizza and popcorn. Finally, she found herself right outside the largest arcade in the mall. ‘Whoa...’ she whispered, momentarily forgetting about [Picasso](2G5PP59J).

Inside the arcade, [Mia](ZZTDB7VC) met [Ziggy](ZFRK95PG), the Arcade Wizard. With his purple robe speckled with stars and a glowing wand, he offered to help. ‘Beat my high score, and I’ll give you a clue to find your family!’ he declared.

After an intense game of Galactic Quest, [Mia](ZZTDB7VC) won! [Ziggy](ZFRK95PG) smiled and revealed that her family was likely at the smoothie shop near the mall entrance. ‘Hurry, before [Picasso](2G5PP59J) makes another round!’

At last, [Mia](ZZTDB7VC) found Mom and her sister sipping strawberry smoothies. ‘We were wondering when you’d get here,’ Mom teased. [Mia](ZZTDB7VC) giggled but decided not to tell them about [Harold](3PL4GWFH), [Picasso](2G5PP59J), or [Ziggy](ZFRK95PG)—not yet.
