In a cozy green tree, a small sparrow lay, Watching TV through the leaves each day. He saw crispy chicken, hot dogs, and pies, And his little beak opened with longing sighs!

His parents chirped, 'We brought grubs, a delight!' But [Junior](F5NKQRCV) huffed, 'That doesn't feel right!' 'Crispy chicken's my dream, so go find me some!' His parents blinked and flew off with a hum.

The parents returned with caterpillars quite bright, But [Junior](F5NKQRCV) said, 'This still isn't right! No creepy crawlies, no bugs for me, I want hamburgers with bacon, you see!'

When spiders and grubs or a wriggly worm, Were brought to the nest, they made [Junior](F5NKQRCV) squirm. 'Not icky bugs!' he chirped quite loud, 'Bring me sausage rolls to make me proud!'

The parents grew tired, they couldn't resist, Fast food crumbs from tables topped their list. Pizzas and pies, cakes by the lot, [Junior](F5NKQRCV) gobbled them all, leaving not a spot!

[Junior](F5NKQRCV) grew heavy, could scarcely take flight, His feathers were snug, his wings felt tight. When flight day came, he couldn't soar, He wobbled and plopped right down on the floor!

Through alleys dark he had to run, With hungry cats chasing—it wasn’t much fun! Dogs barked and snarled, cats licked their lips, [Junior](F5NKQRCV) dashed away on his tiny bird hips!

All that running proved quite wise, [Junior](F5NKQRCV) shed weight and shrunk in size. Back to the trees, his wings spread wide, He flew with joy, his parents with pride!

No more pizza, pies, or cakes, He learned from all his fast-food mistakes. Now juicy worms bring him cheer, And bugs are a treat that he holds dear!

Now [Junior](F5NKQRCV) chirps to all who eat, 'Remember, bugs are nature’s treat!' Healthy snacks will help you grow, Fly high and strong wherever you go!
