[David](GP9X2GD5)’s father sent him to deliver food to his brothers in the Israelite army. He packed bread and cheese into a sack and set off.

When [David](GP9X2GD5) reached the camp and heard [Goliath](WZF2BTR6)’s challenge, he stood firm. While others feared, [David](GP9X2GD5)’s heart was full of courage and faith.

With great focus, [David](GP9X2GD5) swung his sling and hurled a stone at [Goliath](WZF2BTR6). God guided the stone straight to its mark.

The stone struck [Goliath](WZF2BTR6)’s forehead, and he fell. The Philistine army was astonished, and the Israelites rejoiced!
